Serving the Surprise AZ Community

Surprise is a rapidly growing Northwest Valley city that has emerged as one of the most popular destinations for families and retirees relocating to the Phoenix area. Located along the Loop 303 and US-60 corridors, Surprise is home to Surprise Stadium — the spring training facility for the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers — along with an expanding lineup of master-planned communities, retail centers, and new commercial development.

Surprise’s growth has been driven by its combination of affordability, newer housing stock, excellent schools, and access to major freeways. Communities like Marley Park, Greer Ranch, Asante, and the Sun City Grand retirement community reflect the city’s diverse residential mix — from young families buying their first home to active adults enjoying resort-style retirement living.

A-1 Locksmith & Security Center provides locksmith and security services throughout Surprise — from residential rekeying and lock replacements to access control systems, burglar alarm installation, CCTV cameras, and commercial door hardware for local businesses, HOAs, and property managers across the city.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dan was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my lock-related questions and even provided personal advice on other general home repair questions I had. He did a great job with the lock service itself at a good price. Overall great experience!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I needed a key fob for my Mazda V and used A-1 Locksmith & Security Center. I worked with Jeremy; he was kind, professional and competent. Make sure you go to a locksmith that knows what they are doing. If A-1 can't program your key fob they will let you know (some European fobs are problematic). Be careful about purchasing a fob over the Internet (some don't work). A-1 will purchase an after-market Fob for you. Note: The Dealership wanted more that twice as much $ to purchase and program the fob compared to A1 Locksmith & Security Center. It took less than 20 minutes and I was on the road. I trust this company and highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My key had been broken for months and I kept putting off dealing with it. A friend recommended A1 Locksmith and I’m so glad I reached out. They texted me right away to confirm they had my info, and stayed responsive from there.

When I got to the shop, Jeremy walked me through several options instead of pushing the most expensive one. He looked at my budget and pointed me toward what actually made sense… and I walked out with a new key and a new battery the same day. No more handing valet a broken key and explaining how to work it.

Great customer service, they clearly know what they’re doing, and I understand now why my friend spoke so highly of them. Highly recommend.

Owner's reply
Joseline, Thank you for your business! Ill pass the good word around to Jeremy and we are happy we were able to help! Rueben (Owner)
